InDesign CC 2020: OPI image replacement does not work

We received customer reports that OPI image replacement does no longer work with InDesign CC 2020.

An investigation shows that Adobe has changed the image path format in the OPI references which leads to failing OPI workflows.

This issue will be solved in an upcoming ImageServer release.

InDesign CC 2019 is still working fine and therefore it should be used until the new version is available.

We will update this Tech Info upon changes.
