The Script Server could fail to start because the necessary
link HELIOSDIR/var/run/runperl was not created. This happened
e.g. when start-helios was executed at system boot on SuSE 8.0
Linux.
NOTE: Before installing this update, the update installer itself
must be updated with one of the updates u0300-u0306.
