OPI replacement of CMYK images with spot colors was incorrect

Composite print jobs with OPI references to raster image files
with CMYK colors plus spot colors were converted to DeviceN
images with all spot color channels containing only zeroes
when the "PostScript 3/DeviceN output" feature was enabled
in EtherShare Admin.
Also fixed:
- layout applications can place images using a combination of
coordinate transforms, including translation, scaling, rotation
and shearing (skewing); if shearing is needed in OPI image
replacement, images were distorted or became invisible
- minor misplacement (by fractions of points) of cropped images
for jobs with OPI image replacement
- printing jobs with OPI image replacement caused core dumps if
one of the installed products runs in demo mode
NOTE: Before installing this update, the update installer itself
must be updated with one of the updates u0300-u0306.
