RSA-based password encryption

The HELIOS password file (var/conf/passwd) can now be encrypted
using the RSA algorithm. Advantages are
- Higher security
- Better privacy
- Optional storage of the private key on a removable device
The conversion to the new RSA-based encryption is done with
"authutil rsainit".

IMPORTANT:
Before converting the password file, make sure to read
"10.1.11 HELIOS RSA-based password encryption"
in the HELIOS Base manual (www.helios.de/manuals)
for details and important information.

The updates u1124, u1125, u1126 and u1129 must be installed
for the RSA-based password encryption support.
