desksrv could dump core

Desksrv could dump core, when multiple access to the same volume
from 'dt' utilities occured, and the delayed close option is set
(which is default for the 'dt' utility).
Also fixed:
- new timer controlled cleanup function when requesting process
has died.
NOTE: Before installing this update, the update installer itself
must be updated with one of the updates u0300-u0306.
