Windows XP support

First support for Windows XP clients added.
Also fixed:
- Wrong modification times on files.
- Possible illegal lock violation error under Win2000.
- Access error when file attributes on open files are changed.
- Possible core dump when trying to open a directory with no
access permission.
- Default comment string in browser comment shortened. It is now
possible to use %-format strings in the comment preference.
- Possible access denied error in root dir of shared volumes.
- Added support for obsolete wildcard patterns.
- Possible core dump on client exit.
- When a client under Windows NT tries to connect with unknown user,
the server now asks for new user name and password.
