pcshare RPC errors, pcshare core dumps, browsing

PCShare could loose RPC packets while forking new childs causing
various errors e.g. RPC timeouts.
Also fixed:
- Possible core dump due illegal file id.
- Possible core dump on printing, e.g. using 'net use'.
- Fixed errors browsing workgroups.
- Fixed DHCP handling when PCShare is reconfigured on runtime.
- Fixed permission handling on administrating print jobs.
- First support for "Windows .Net 2003 Server"
- Fixed file size setting, some files could be too large and
stored with trailing zero bytes.
- Fixed error on guest logins.
NOTE: Before installing this update, the update installer itself
must be updated with one of the updates u0300-u0306.
