netconf could destroy interface settings

After configuring zones in netconf ("Configure Zones" dialog) the
zone information of the interfaces (as shown in the "Configure
Adapter" dialog) was lost.
Also fixed:
- Newly defined zones were correctly stored in the preferences
but not displayed in netconf.
NOTE: Before installing this update, the update installer itself
must be updated with one of the updates u0300-u0306.
