XPPV plug-in could dump core

This update fixes a memory problem in the opixppv plug-in
that could cause core dumps.
Also fixed:
- Running ImageServer 2.5 in demo mode (without a license file) with
the opixppv plug-in installed caused termination of opisrv and
all ImageServer functionality with the error message "This is
a corrupt HELIOS ImageServer installation."
Now only the opixppv plug-in is disabled if ImageServer 2.5 is
running in demo mode.
NOTE: Before installing this update, the update installer itself
must be updated with one of the updates u0300-u0306.
