AppleTalk kernel module update for AIX 5.1/5.2 (REBOOT required)

The ioctl code in the AppleTalk kernel module did use memory
allocation options that are not supported anymore since AIX 5.1.
This update is required for any AIX 5.x version. Installing the
update on AIX 4.3.x does not have any effect.
After a successful installation a reboot is required in order to
load the new kernel module if EtherShare was already installed
and running.
Before switching to AIX 5.2ML01 (Maintenance Level 01) or later,
make sure to install the IBM AIX APAR IY50162 or later, otherwise
the AIX server will crash when starting HELIOS services.
