dt utilities with Unix semantics, full streams support, new features

The dt program now follows Unix semantics for all commands.
This affects owner and permissions for all commands when
creating files, e.g. with "dt cp".
Also added:
- New complete "ls" support with extended options for
streams and resources.
- dt now uses the authentication server for user and group mapping.
- New option to set label colors.
- New option "cp -k" to keep desktop ID on copy.
- File notification support: new option "-E" to send file events
for new, renamed or deleted files.
Also fixed:
- Various errors on "mv", "cp" and "rm".
- Possible core dump on "rm".
- Character conversion handling.
- Handling of files with missing ID in resource.
