enable printing of custom preview documents

This update enables printing of custom preview documents
(Webshare File Server update u0911 required).
Also fixed:
- The file listing pop-up menu displays only options that
are available for the selected file item.
- Annotations of rotated and/or flipped documents work
correctly and can be printed.
- Remove "C:\fakepath\" from name of ICC profiles that
are uploaded via the "My User Preferences" page.
- The upload window now displays the uploaded file name
and progress in the title.
- Annotations could not be found if an annotated file and
the corresponding annotation file have been renamed.
- Improved positioning of annotation dialog.

NOTES:
- You must restart the HELIOS services via "stop-helios" and
"start-helios" to make the updated WebShare WebObjects Server
available.
- If you have a customized WebShare installation in
"HELIOSDIR/var/webshare", the customizations must be applied to the
new "webshare.woa", or alternatively, the customized "webshare.woa"
file must be removed.
