leftover temporary files from pdfindexer

For some file formats, temporary files are created during the
indexing which were in some cases not removed after the job.
The pdfindexer now creates for each job a separate directory
(by default in HELIOSDIR/var/tmp) where all the temporary
files are placed, and removes this directory when the indexing
is done.
The preference "Programs/indexsrv/Plugins/pdfindexer/TmpDir"
can be used to change the location of these temporary directories.
The path has to be given with '/' as the directory delimiter
even on Windows.

Example for Windows:
> prefvalue -k "Programs/indexsrv/Plugins/pdfindexer/TmpDir" -t str "/d:/tika-tmpdir"

Example for UNIX:
# prefvalue -k "Programs/indexsrv/Plugins/pdfindexer/TmpDir" -t str "/data/tika-tmpdir"
