pcshare server could dump core or run forever

The PCShare master server could dump core on client login. The
PCShare server could run forever or dump core when trying to
send popup messages to clients. Also fixed:
- DHCP now works under HP-UX 11.
- some clients did not show all files inside a directory.
- programs using obsolete search requests are now supported
(e.g. winfile.exe under W95).
- improved wildcard handling.
- log any child processes that were terminated due to any signal.
