papsrv update required for Mac OS X 10.2 TCP Printer Driver

This update contains new features required for the Mac OS X
TCP Printer Driver supplied by update u0308, namely the transfer
of PPD files from the HELIOS server to the client.
Also fixed:
- Changing the TCP/SLP name of a printer could lead to invalid
SLP registrations for this printer.
- Spool files created by papsrv are only readable by the print
job owner and members of the daemon group.
NOTE: Before installing this update, the update installer itself
must be updated with one of the updates u0300-u0306.
