improved RGB JPEG support

The JPEG manager now codes RGB images with a standard
JFIF-Header, which makes these images smaller and fixes several
problems:
- Newer versions of Photoshop were unable to read EPSF files
containing JPEG compressed RGB images.
- Quicktime displayed RGB JPEG images incorrectly.
Also fixed:
- For XPPV documents with JPEG compressed previews, oiimginfo
did not show the XPPV information (e.g. image list).
- ICC-Profiles in EPSF files with very big photoshop resources
are found reliably.
- opisrv/layout could dump core when images contained invalid or
corrupt Icon resources.
NOTE: Before installing this update, the update installer itself
must be updated with one of the updates u0300-u0306.
