afpsrv preference "groupwriteisowner" did not work

The afpsrv preference "groupwriteisowner" did not work correctly.
If this preference is set to TRUE, not only the owner of a
folder or volume but also all members of the folders's or
volumes's group can change the folder's layout, such as sorting
order and label settings.
NOTE: Before installing this update, the update installer itself
must be updated with one of the updates u0300-u0306.
