BMP plug-in could dump core

This update fixes a memory problem in the opibmp plug-in
that could cause core dumps. The problem occured with BMP
files generated by HELIOS ImageServer.
NOTE: Before installing this update, the update installer itself
must be updated with one of the updates u0300-u0306.
