OPI image replacement with downsampling and clipping paths failed

OPI replacement of images with clipping paths failed when
downsampling was enabled. The resulting clipping paths were
downscaled and misplaced.
NOTE: Before installing this update, the update installer itself
must be updated with one of the updates u0300-u0306.
