Subject
PDF documents with bad TrueType fonts can dump core |
Info
Printing or layouting PDF documents with embedded TrueType fonts with bad character to glyph mapping tables can cause core dumps. Also fixed: - PDF documents using PostScript calculator functions with PostScript comments could not be processed. - PDF documents using form dictionaries without the optional matrix entry could not be processed. - Printing or layouting PDF documents with italic fonts in compact font format sometimes yielded output with the font converted to non-italic. - Printing or layouting PDF documents with CID-keyed fonts in compact font format sometimes yielded wrong font sizes. - Printing or layouting PDF documents with fonts assigning character code 32 to a visible glyph sometimes yielded output with the glyph in wrong color. - Printing or layouting PDF documents containing forms with huge bounding boxes could yield wrong visible output. NOTE: Before installing this update, the update installer itself must be updated with one of the updates u0300-u0306. |
