renaming files did not update Script Server queues correctly

Renaming files or directories did not update the Script Server
queues correctly, so that no script or the wrong script was
executed.
Also fixed:
- Exchange file produces now two jobs.
- Script Server environment variables were not properly set
for executed scripts.
