updated Script Server sample scripts

The Script Server sample scripts now contain a default
configuration which is read by the updated HELIOS Admin u0553
when creating script queues.
Please note that this update replaces only the contents of
the "Script Server/Samples" folder. In order to use the scripts,
you must copy them to the "Script Server" folder.
Also fixed:
- inspectPDF.pl uses "dt" to create the DONE folder.
- pdfresolve.pl has a new environment variable RESOLVEOPTION to
specify additional command line parameters for "pdfresolve".
- convert2Lab.pl creates images with suffix ".tif".
