support for nested groups in PDC authentication

Windows allows domain groups to be members of other domain groups.
In addition domain groups can be members of local groups. Previous
versions of heliospdclogon.exe did not recognize such relations
whereas the UB+ PDC authentication method implicitly supported it.
When upgrading from UB+ to UB2 users on the Unix side could be members
of less groups than before. This update brings support for nested
groups in UB2.
Other fixes:
- Status (running, stopped...) and errors were not reported correctly
to the Windows Service Manager.
- The primary group of Window users cannot be filtered by group filter.
files anymore to avoid unpredictable primary groups on the unix side.
- The last line of group filter files was ignored if it did not end
with a CR/LF line delimiter.
