WebShare File Server enhancements

The WebShare server received major new enhancements including:
- New support for Document Hub Sync Lists.
- Folder icons updated.
- Fixed a problem when setting color labels with CollectMails=FALSE.
- Fixed crash when CollectMails is turned off for e-mail notifications.
- Fixed missing user name in subject when CollectMails=FALSE.
- Fixed problem when both expire date and document view option were
set for an user.
- Single file uploads will now preserve the last modification date.
- Support for e-mail notification on Rename, Copy, and Move.
- Fixed accounting problem that a warning was issued when WebShare
Manager uploaded a file larger than 1 MB.
- New preference "DisableUTCDelta" allows deactivating the
time zone adjustments. The default is FALSE which means file
times are automatically adjusted. To deactivate time zone
adjustments, set the preference via
prefvalue -k Programs/websharesrv/DisableUTCDelta -t bool TRUE

PLEASE NOTE:
- The WebShare File Server updates (u0966 - u0970, u0975)
and the WebShare Web Server updates (u0971 - u0974)
must be installed together.
- The updated WebShare Web Server can only connect to an
updated WebShare File Server.
- After installing the updates, the HELIOS services must be
restarted via "stop-helios" and "start-helios".
