afpsrv login did not work with passwords containing special characters

Afpsrv login (and changing passwords) did not work if the
password contained special characters.
PLEASE NOTE: Existing account passwords with non-ASCII characters
(e.g. umlauts) may not work anymore with this update. Resetting
the affected passwords with HELIOS Admin (or authutil) once
will resolve this.
Also fixed:
- Long finder comments were not exported correctly. Therefore
some ICC tagging information written by opisrv was not
visible in the Tagger info window.
