pdfToolbox does not work on SUSE Linux 12.1

We received customer reports that pdfToolbox does not work on SUSE Linux 12.1. The error message is:

Missing converter SYStoUTF16

Invalid argument

Error   1000    Error in OS call convertToUTF16_: unknown encoding

This error is shown if the library “glibc-locale-32bit” is not available. The solution to this problem is installing the following package, e.g. using “yast”:

glibc-locale-32bit - Locale Data for Localized Programs

Locale data for the internationalisation features of the GNU C library.
