HELIOS server products on OS X 10.9

HELIOS UB2 server products are incompatible with OS X 10.9 (aka Mavericks) or OS X 10.9 Server and should not be installed. OS X 10.9 has removed some API calls which will result into problems with HELIOS UB2 services core dumping during startup.

HELIOS is working on a newer version that will fully support OS X 10.9 and OS X 10.9 Server running HELIOS server solutions. We expect to have a compatible HELIOS server version later this year, which supports OS X 10.9.

Using OS X 10.9 as a client workstation connected to any HELIOS UB2 server is fully supported and works without problems (see Tech Info #150)
