printing PDF files with fonts in compact font format could fail

Printing or layouting PDF files with embedded fonts in compact
font format could fail. Such files are produced e.g. by Acrobat
PDFMaker 5.0 for Word.
Also fixed:
- Printing or layouting PDF files with very deeply nested objects
could fail.
- pdfinfo spot color list could be incomplete for PDF documents
created by Adobe Photoshop 7.
NOTE: Before installing this update, the update installer itself
must be updated with one of the updates u0300-u0306.
