excessive memory leakage in the admsrv program (MacOS X Server)

While accessing the printer capability records on MacOS X the admsrv
program did consume lot's of memory while serving ES Admin printer
queue enumeration requests. This was caused by memory leaks in the
general netinfo database access function in the libhelios_s.
