improved behaviour of the ForceRasterLayout option

The ForceRasterLayout option of layout/opisrv now enforces
a layout in a raster image format, whenever this is possible.
This allows raster layouts of PDF files and EPS files with
spot colors (if the option SpotToProcess is activated).
Currently the resolution of raster layouts of PDF files
depend on the Screen resolution. If the quality of these
layouts is not satisfying raise the "Default Monitor Resolution"
in the "OPI Server Settings".
Also fixed:
- If the creation of a screen preview failed on a non
Ethershare/PCShare volume this is no longer handled as a
failed layout attempt and no error message is logged.
- The opisrv checks at start up if the default ICC profiles are
present.
NOTE: Before installing this update, the update installer itself
must be updated with one of the updates u0300-u0306.
