WebShare server enhancements for proofing, WebShare Manager support

Enhancements for WebShare proofing.
Added new features for the WebShare Manager.
A detailed description of all new capabilities is available in the
WebShare WO Server update description (see u0837).
Also fixed:
- The WebShare webshare.passwd stores now the "Preferred View"
option and the "URL Document Preview only" option.
- Searching files by modification date did not work on Sharepoints
which are not HELIOS volumes. In particular it did not work
on a Windows WebShare server.
- Creating an updated preview image could fail for users without
Administrator rights.
NOTE:
This version of the WebShare File Server works only with the
updated WebShare WO Server from update u0837.
