WebShare Web Server can enforce SSL

New preference "WSRedirectToSSL": if set to true, non-secure
requests will be redirected to enforce SSL connections.
Also fixed:
- Branding/customization: additional IDs and JavaScript variables
have been added. The login image can now be deactivated in
the branding editor.
- HTML5 upload (Edge browser): improved error handling.

PLEASE NOTE:
- After installing the update the HELIOS services must be
restarted via "stop-helios" and "start-helios".
