WebShare Web Server compatibility enhancements

- Moved 100% Proof view button to main menu instead of sub menu.
- Improved button alignments in user interface.
- Improved detection of Document Hub devices in Accounting.
- Updated XML commands to make file management, annotations
and server actions available to iPad Document Hub developers.
- Printing of pages via CMD-Print will use proper printing styles.
- Download support for Internet Explorer 10 and 11.
- Individual ports/SSL ports can be set for WOHost entries which overwrite.
the WOPort and SSLPort settings. Custom ports can be specified in the
WOHost list via: hostname:port:sslport.
- WOHost, WSHostName, WSAllowedHostNames are UTF-8 which allows special
characters for host names.
- The file label menu is enabled even if the user has no access permissions
for the current directory.
- The file server hostname preference WSHostName allows to specify
a port via hostname:port.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The WebShare File Server update (u0997)
and the WebShare Web Server update (u0998)
must be installed together.
- The updated WebShare Web Server can only connect to an
updated WebShare File Server.
- After installing the updates, the HELIOS services must be
restarted via "stop-helios" and "start-helios".
