HELIOS releases LanTest 6 – new network performance tool for Windows

HELIOS “LanTest”, a network performance tool, is now available as a native Windows utility for server performance testing of SMB/CIFS server environments of any scale.

Hannover, Germany, December 10, 2013 – HELIOS Software has released version 6 of its acclaimed HELIOS “LanTest”, a widely used, free network performance tool. Now available as a native Windows application, LanTest is the Swiss army knife of network performance testing for system administrators managing any scale of network and server environments, from small firms to large international enterprises.

The HELIOS LanTest network performance tool provides a complete range of testing features for any kind of in-house network environments, testing AFP and SMB network performance, even over very fast network backbones.
